All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Please note that during peak periods or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.

We currently ship to:
- The Netherlands
- Belgium
- Other countries within the European Union

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are as follows:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Belgium: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other external factors are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, size, and weight of the order.
Any promotional offers, such as free shipping, will be clearly communicated in the webshop.
5. Shipping Method & Tracking
Orders are shipped using trusted delivery partners.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Tracking information is provided when available.
Please note that tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may not be immediately visible after dispatch.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders shipped within the European Union are sent without additional customs duties or import taxes.
Prices displayed in our webshop include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
7. Delays, Loss & Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos where applicable.
While Bambure is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will always assist in investigating the issue and aim to provide a fair and appropriate solution in line with marketplace and consumer regulations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Bambure cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
